My yoga journey started over 10 years ago after I first attended a yoga class at the local gym, my instructor was so inspiring and I fell in love with the practice. I soon started practicing everyday and feeling the benefits yoga could offer. I decided this was something I'd love to be able to share and decided to enrol on teacher training to become an instructor, and Ive never looked back. I trained in classical pathway of Hatha Yoga. My style has developed over the many years of teaching and I now incorporate flowing sequences into the practice which makes the class more dynamic while linking the breath to the asana (postures).
After falling pregnant in 2017 I wanted to be able to offer baby yoga and massage to my little one, so trained while pregnant and started offering classes soon after she was born. These classes bring me so much joy watching parents and babies bonding together through yoga and massage. Following on from this and my second pregnancy in 2020 I've now enrolled to train in pregnancy yoga and cannot wait to share this with the Mums to be in 2021.
