As a knowledgeable Yoga Instructor, I want to make the practice of yoga accessible, enjoyable, and an integral part of people’s lives. I specialise in Pregnancy Yoga, Baby Yoga & Massage, Toddler yoga and Hatha yoga flow.
Pregnancy Yoga helps you prepare your body and mind ready for birth, through breathing techniques and gentle stretching. It is a lovely way to bond with your unborn baby. Suitable from 14 weeks until the birth.
Baby massage is perfect start for connecting and bonding with you little one through gentle touch. Classes start from 6 weeks old up until they are mobile.
Mum and Baby yoga is a great class to share together, it is a parent and baby participation class where we stretch, sing and have fun together. this is perfect for babies 8 weeks plus.
Dads Yoga & Massage workshops are held once a month and combines baby yoga and massage together so that the Dads or partners can learn a few basic techniques to sooth, calm and be confident handling their baby while having fun. Perfect opportunity for Mums to have a hour off and enjoy a HOT drink and chat together.
Sensory Social is a group that has been put together to give parents an opportunity to meet and socialise in a safe environment, creating a sense on community allowing time to talk and share experiences while the little ones enjoy sensory toys. All ages welcome.
We have Classes at Transcend studios in Eccles and can be booked through the button below which will take you to the studio website.
We also have classes in Didsbury at St James & Emmanuel Church Parish centre. These classes can be booked on my website.

You do not need to join for a full term, I offer single classes or a block of 5 classes, which can be started at any point in the term.
Meet Wren Yoga Manchester
Jenni is a certified yoga instructor based in Manchester. Jenni has practiced Yoga for over 10 years, she found her love for yoga grew and decided to follow her passion and enrolled on the yoga teacher training course. She has studied with a number of yoga bodies including The British Wheel of Yoga completing the Yoga Foundations, YMCA Yoga professionals 200hr teaching training. Yoga Campus Baby Yoga & Massage, and Birthlight toddler yoga, and most recently Pregnancy Yoga with Walking Minds Yoga.
Jenni has taught adult yoga for over 6 years, her style based around classical Hatha yoga while incorporating flowing sequences and encouraging practitoners to try something new, focus on the breath and learning to let go. She likes her classes to be accessible to all from beginners to more advanced. She teaches at David LLoyd clubs in Cheadle.
Upon becoming pregnant in 2017 she started teaching Baby yoga & Massage, so she could introduce her little girl into the world of yoga and continue her love of yoga while on maternity leave. She loves to watch babies grow and develop through yoga and massage and sharing her parenting experiences through classes. Following on from this she has now completed pregnancy yoga training and looks forward to teaching new Mums and guiding them through their pregnancy through yoga, and drawing upon her own experiences to create a positive outlook and create a sense of community.
